Craftfellas is an independent online gaming community consisting of friends who share an interest in gaming, including Minecraft. We operate a private, whitelisted Minecraft server based in the Netherlands
and may also operate (temporary) game servers for other games.
Craftfellas is not a company, incorporated association, or other registered business entity. The community is operated as a non-commercial hobby by its members.

This website exists to provide information about Craftfellas and our Minecraft community, including information intended for potential new players. The website may contain information about our community, our server, our rules and general activities. It also provides a status widget showing information about the availability or status of our Minecraft server. This website does not provide a platform for publishing or hosting user-generated content. We do not offer third parties the ability to upload or publish content on this website.
Craftfellas is an independent, community-run project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or their respective affiliates, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, and associated names, logos, characters, artwork and other intellectual property are the property of their respective owners. This website may display screenshots captured from Minecraft gameplay for informational and community purposes. Such screenshots may contain Minecraft assets and other intellectual property belonging to their respective rights holders. We intend to operate our Minecraft server and community in accordance with the applicable Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) and related usage guidelines. Nothing on this website is intended to suggest an official relationship with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
The Craftfellas name, logo and original materials created by Craftfellas or for the Craftfellas community remain the property of the Craftfellas server owner. The Craftfellas 'Dwarf in hexagon' logo may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or used in a way that suggests an affiliation with or endorsement by another individual, group or organisation without explicit permission by the Craftfellas server owner. Third-party names, trademarks, logos, game assets and other materials displayed on this website remain the property of their respective owners. Mmebers of the Craftfellas community and those who are granted acces to Craftfellas gaming services are participating in the community but do not thereby acquire ownership of the CRAFTFELLAS brand.
Craftfellas does not operate for profit. We may accept voluntary donations to help cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining our Minecraft server, website, and other community infrastructure. Donations are intended to support the continued operation of the community and are not intended to constitute a commercial profit-making activity. Acceptance of donations does not change the independent and non-commercial nature of the community.
Our Minecraft server is whitelisted. Access is therefore limited to players who have been accepted into the community. Players who are granted access to the server are expected to comply with our server rules and any other applicable community rules or requirements. We reserve the right to refuse access to, remove, or ban players from the Minecraft server and/or community where we consider this necessary, including where a player violates the applicable rules or engages in behaviour that is harmful to the community. Being accepted onto the whitelist does not create a permanent right to access the server. We may also operate additional Minecraft servers, servers for different games, or organise to play on third party servers together. Access to these other servers and/ or gaming endevours may be granted based on invitation only. Having been granted access to our community and main Minecraft server does not necessarily grant access to all Craftfellas servers or acceptance in gaming sessions.
Players retain the intellectual-property rights for their original creations made on any Craftfellas server, but grant Craftfellas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to
host, reproduce, modify or remove as necessary for technical or moderation purposes, display, and to promote those creations as part of operating the server.
This license granted to Craftfellas is simply there to make sure we can operate the server normally and take care of the community.
By building on our server you have submitted your creation to be part of something bigger.
For example, our staff may sometimes need to move or modify a build for technical or moderation reasons that benefit the community.
Screenshots of creations might be used to showcase and promote the server, because your build has become part of what Craftfellas is.
The license also means that if a player chooses to leave the server, or is banned from it, they cannot require their builds to be removed from the server or its world.
Your creations are still yours, while giving Craftfellas the practical permissions needed to manage and promote the server fairly and smoothly.
We aim to maintain a friendly, respectful, inclusive and safe environment on our Minecraft server and in our associated Discord community. However, we cannot guarantee that every interaction or behaviour within the community will always be safe, appropriate, respectful, or free from unwanted conduct. Craftfellas is operated by a small group of individuals and our ability to monitor and control the behaviour of individual community members is limited. We encourage members to report inappropriate or concerning behaviour to the community administrators or moderators. Where appropriate, we may take action under our server and community rules, including removing or banning users.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information provided on this website is accurate and up to date. However, information may change and we cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, current, or available.
